Great friendly hosts. The house, although small, had everything you needed. The house is newly renovated and clean. An incredible view of the lake and mountains from the window. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beaches (there are three incredible beaches nearby). But it is worth considering that all beaches are paid (10 euros for one sunbed for the whole day). The nearest supermarket in Ksamil is about 5 km from the hotel.

all was good. I stayed for 1 week with 2 kids & wife. every morning clean towels, room cleaned daily, including balcony, bed cloths changed once each 3 nights. tropic shower and new modern equipment in the bathroom just exceptional. room has three types of sliding doors/covers (robust black out, plain glass door and anti insect net). so you can sleep well with fresh air coming in. 3 main beaches 5-10 min by walk. highly recommend this place

Very clean, very friendly , 9 min walk from the sea. Very helpful owners, always ready for you. My kid feel down and needed hospital, with no questions asked Jeti took us to emergency and stayed there with us all the time. Amazing view from the balcony.

Super Excellent option if you want to stay outside of the main bustle ❤️❤️ Very helpful staff who went out of their way, great breakfast. Lovely pool and short walk to Poda Beach and places to eat . Quiet street.
