The house was newly renovated, beautiful, modern, clean, had everything you need for a nice family or friend gathering with plenty of space. The hosts were very friendly and kind ! It'll be even better in the summer when you use the pool and the gazebo. Will definitely be coming back here when the weather get's warmer!

Perfect stay! Big house with 4 bedrooms. Nice big garden with a swimingpool to cool down and a barbecue. 20 minutes ride to the city centre of Yerevan by taxi. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they respond always quickly. We would definitly recommend the house for big families qnd groups

We actually stayed at Lucy guesthouse as there was a problem with this property, so the owners sent us to an alternative place. But we loved it, thank you so much for everything, we love Garni very much 😊. We were able to buy fresh farm products including milk, eggs, cheese, and enjoyed many fruits from the garden.

We’ve had a great stay. The house is very nice, clean and modern. The location is right in the heart of the city - 2 minutes walk from cascade! The host was very helpful :) Definitely recommend this place!
