Country location, no close neighbours, beautiful house with lots of space and every convenience, clean and comfortable. Great little pool, good for children and for a quick dip for adults. Grass lawn with no prickles was great for kids to run around on. Extra late checkout was appreciated.

The property is truely beautiful and was very relaxing for our family holiday. We loved being out in the gorgeous garden, hanging out by the fire pit and having BBQ's on the terrace. The house is really comfortable, has lovely views and is very well set up and equipped. We also loved getting to know the resident horses and cows, spending time by the river and exploring the delightful Dungog region! Toni and Murray were wonderful and generous hosts who have created an ideal holiday escape.

Great views, big space, reasonable commute to Barrington Tops and Dungog. Plenty of wildlife to view. Nice common area including pool, BBQ and tennis courts. Relaxing space away from crowds and close to nature. The A/C was essential during the heatwave.

The location is beautiful with plenty of stuff to discover around just a short drive away. The pool table , tennis court and pool are also a great way to enjoy the stay. the kitchen is huge and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The balcony has gorgeous views! You will have visitors every morning like birds, wallabies and kangaroos. Was a very quiet retreat and definitely an amazing stay!
