The property was very clean and cozy. It included small kitchen but with all electrical appliances needed to cook. The garden area was really nice and green with a table under a canopy where you could do a bbq day as it included an electric grill. The sleeping area had two single beds that were joined together to make a massive bed. It was really comfy. The living area included a sofa bed also very comfortable. There was no expenses spared on the entertainment the TV was decent size for the space and it was a Smart TV so you could long in to your Netflix, Prime etc . The bathroom was spotless and surprisingly big for what you’d expect from a studio of this size.

We rent the entire house (four bedrooms) and were really surprised to also get our very own restaurant on the ground floor (with fire place and a sound system). Amazing panoramic view over the town and valley. Strongly recommend!

Nikolai and Daniella are two very kind and welcoming hosts who have 5 very nice dogs just as nice and friendly as they are. Their property is located perfectly above Tsareva Livada and has nice views over the surrounding hills. They stay in one of the houses inside the courtyard, while the guests stay in another house which has a spacious living room linked with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is equipped with almost everything you need for a relaxing stay and has one large double bed in the bedroom and 2 extensible (but very cozy) sofas in the living room. It's perfect for 4 people. The kitchen part is fully equipped so you can cook if you want to (refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker, crockery, dishes etc.). There is also a TV in the living room which was good to have. But what really stands out for this place is the access to a very nice outside pool and a hot-tub jacuzzi next to it and a very modern-looking sauna. These facilities were excelent and made you feel like you're in a spa. All in all, this location is a hidden gem and a little piece of heaven. Bonus points: it's near the Dryanovo waterfall and monastery where there are a lot of nice hikes you can do.

We were extremely happy with our stay! Picking up the key was super easy – the host was waiting for us right in front of the property, which made everything smooth and quick. Returning the key when we left was just as easy. The property itself exceeded our expectations – there's a huge, quiet backyard full of greenery, with an egg-shaped swing, a barbecue, and a big table perfect for gatherings and relaxing outdoors. The house was warm, cozy, and felt very much like home. The sauna was a fantastic bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

Amazing very spacious house, every detail creates a cozy atmosphere, very clean, in the kitchen you will find everything you need, it felt like at home. Highly recommended! Incredible mountain view from the terrace! P. S. When you come by car you should turn left from the main road to a small unasphalted road 100 meters earlier than the place where GoogleMaps indicates arrival point, the house is on a small hill above the main road.
