Mohamad is the person who made everything is perfect! You can trust him, believe me you going to understand how important this is when you are in Egypt because 80% of the people are scammers. It’s very important to found someone you can trust, and thank to God our house owner was like this and it gives us safety at least at home. Don’t make my mistake, ask him about everything since day one. The flat is very clean and I believe for this price it’s impossible to found something better in Luxor.

Beautiful place, clean pool and near a lot of good cheap shops and close to ferry and cafes and restaurants. The owner and his son Ibraham were amazing and helpful. They did shopping for me and brought breakfast and made it an amazing time

Villa Kayan is new, clean and comfortable. The location is great, on a quiet side street next to a banana plantation, but it's only a 2 minute walk to the Nile riverside where you can find shops, cafes and restaurants. It has everything you need to feel at home, from kitchen utensils to a washing machine. The owner, Islam, is a great guy. He's kind, helpful and speaks decent english. I will be coming back next time I'm in Luxor.

Right from before we checked in to the time of check out, the host and help were extremely kind and helpful and made us feel right at home. They were right next door and the villa was as shown in pictures. Beautiful, cozy and homely. The pool was an added advantage. Omar was so kind that after checkout he even let us stay a few hours as our bus was delayed and it was very hot outside. At first after booking we were skeptical about staying on the West Bank, however, after staying here I wouldn’t want it any other way. I would stay on the West Bank over and over again as the people were so kind and the place was safe.

Ive been to egypt 3 times now - and this stay definetly blew all the others out of the water in terms of hospitality, quality(both food and the villa) and location(short drive from the main attractions, city center and airport without the usual egyptian noise) Mohammed, the host - super nice and comfortable host. Arranged activites, transport and sightseeing without any hassle. Best part however, was the hotel employees, the guides and the drivers he set us up with. Absolutely a joy to stay and if we ever come back - this is definetly the place we're staying at. Also dont bother going out to eat - the in house chef is fantastic!
