Loved the pool and views. Lovely family ran restaurent approx 300 metres away called restaurant villamaria. Air con lovely and coo inside. Great communication, very pleasant and helpful Host really friendly. Everything you need available in villa. Quite and private.

Fabulous house, secure gated property. Clean & modern with ethnic furnishings. For us a perfect location to explore beaches, mountains, nature reserves. Kitchen had almost everything we required for a three week stay in January. Hosts purchased items requested (chopping boards & garden seat cushions) very accommodating. Master bedroom - Enormous bed & all beds so comfortable. Would 100% stay again. Quiet neighbours all around property & not intrusive in any way. Found it easier to reach Calpe by going right out of gates (check Sat nav for route) just an fyi! We liked be away from the main town but it’s easy to go to. Great little bakery (closed mon/tues) & small supermarket on road CV-745 @ Casa bernardi Beach @ Oliva fabulous for long walks (dogs welcome out of season) Moraira town lovely place & beach/cove platja del portet de Moraira on far side just beautiful for swimming.

We had a great stay at this house located right in the city center. The entire home spans three floors, giving us plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-organized, and the house was equipped with all the essentials we needed during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was a big plus. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet the house itself felt private and peaceful.

    The villa had a fabulous large private pool, and 4 good sized bedrooms. Large open plan living /dining room was great, as was the outdoor veranda seating area. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was also a very useful outdoor kitchen by the barbecue with a second fridge for poolside drinks! The villa has great views, and there is a pretty little beach about 15 mins walk down a steep hill. Good wifi - although it does not reach the pool area which was a shame for our teenagers!

    The space! The villa is split into two separate 2 x bedroom villas which was perfect as we were two families! Very clean and lots of crockery/glasses/cutlery etc. The villa had everything and more required for a self catering villa for 7 peopl! The pool was amazing! Perfect size for 3 x 7 year olds and the odd adult! Plenty of outdoor space!

    Remote controlled access to the overall compound gives added security. Good Location, quiet area, easy to get to Calpe and other parts of that region. Nice view, good facilities in the villa. Nice size private pool. Ideal for a family of up to 6. Reserved parking space.
