It is a beautiful place with nicely arranged details. Very quiet and comfortable. There is also plenty of space to park your car. Patrick is the most friendly guy and very helpful. The sleeping rooms are very large and offer at least 4 adults enough space to stay overnight. Additionally, there is a sleeping sofa in the living room (if more beds are needed). The place is a bit remote, and it will take you some 15 mins by car to get to the next grocery store. Some people will surely consider this an advantage, but I mention it here, just in case this isn't for you. All in all, it was a great pleasure to stay at Chez Miquelot, and it is easy to recommend it even for longer periods.

We will be back, well located to Auberterre with it's beautiful abbey, Brantome with it's weekly market along with Riberac for a traditional French café try La Cologne near the tourist information in Riberac. Most of all relax in the beautiful surroundings right on your doorstep, read a book by the pool or under the shade of the many trees, take a walk down to the lake to see the fish, at night listen to the enchanting songs of the frogs and other nocturnal animals!
