Beautiful location, welcome hamper on arrival and friendly host met us upon arrival and gave us a walkthrough of the house and grounds. The rooms were clean and spacious with fresh towels and toiletries supplied. We had a group of 24 and we wanted for nothing as everything you needed was supplied and we cooked several meals with ease. The hot tub was lovely and hot and ready to use.

We booked the cottage for it's location and access to various places we wanted to visit during our stay. The cottage being quite near the A22 was ideal, and the vicinity of a footpath, stream and fields to walk the dogs was a wonderful bonus. Graham answered our queries quickly before we set off and also messaged us towards the end of the stay to check everything had been ok, which was nice. We would also highly recommend the K2 Indian restaurant/takeaway just down the A22 towards Polegate

The cottage was beautiful and quaint with all the facilities and equipment you will need. It is in an amazing location to the Long Man and easy to get into Brighton. If you have any questions Chris is extremely helpful.

The accommodation was very spacious, open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and three bedrooms, one en suite. The beds were very comfortable. It was very tastefully furnished with lots of finishing touches. Toiletries were provided and the towels were of good quality (Dunelms). The conservatory was bright, warm and relaxing. with an outside seating area. The driveway was large enough to park two cars. The Beach was only 5 minutes away by foot. The Hostess was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. I would rank this as our best ever self-catering holiday.

    Nice little holiday village, each house had parking was some privacy. Stayed in the honeymoon cottage was nice to be a little away from everyone else. Pillows were good, bathroom was nice and clean, good little kitchen facility. Hot tub was great!

    This is the gold standard!!! Decor is beautiful, and tastefully presented in equal measure. The cottage is roomy and suited our family to a tee. Good sized rooms with comfy beds and luxurious furnishings. The bathroom has a lovely freestanding bath and a powerful shower. It really is everything and more.
