This was the trip of a lifetime. The villa and staff at Aroa exceeded all of our expectations and created an incredbile 70th birthday trip for my father. The villa is modern, clean and spacious with spectacular views of the Ionian sea. The high ceilings, natural materials and open plan living create a relaxing indoor outdoor living environment. I 100% recommend getting up early for the sunrise view! Our hosts initiated contact with us days before we left home, providing an information pack with things to do on the island and other general information for our trip. From before we arrived until our departure we received 5 star service with a smile. Having contact with our hosts via Whattsapp was great, considering communication difficulties I've had with other hosts on Zakynthos. As a tourist on the island, having instant communication with our host could not have been more valuable - making requests for the villa, asking for recommendations, assistance with restaurant bookings, etc. No ask was too big, or too small. Hosts: Fluent English, clear communication, timely responses, super friendly, great recommendations. Villa: Stunning views, enormous outdoor space, comfortable beds, cleaning on request, fresh linen every 3 days.

It is in a secluded and isolated area, the quietness is qute remarkable. It overlooks a bay in the distance, with the moon shining over it at night (at least when we were there). The place is decorated in a quircky manner and is simply wonderful. Olive trees shade the garden.

Amazing villa located at the best area of the island. very clean and comfortable with a big yard. Very nice kitchen and well equipped. The pool is a gem and we loved the color of the pool. There is also very nice restaurant called Windmill 5min away by foot. Great communication with the host.

    It's an oasis far away from the tourist crowds, we really loved our stay there. The garden is very spacious, and the private pool is just a bliss. Nikos was very helpful and always available when we needed anything. The outside verandas for dining or just relaxing are ingenious! Overall this villa made our vacation on Zakynthos very memorable.

    The villa was amazing! Beautiful, comfortable and the outside kitchen made it superfun and chill to cook. Can't overstate how nice it is. Super fun with your own minigolf course. No nearby neighbors, and a view from the pool. The host and staff were super accommodating. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

    The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. The house itself is kept very clean and comfortable. The pool is cleaned every day. There is a small shop in the village and the locals are very nice. Larger shops are easy to reach with a rental car, e.g. in Alykes. Generally, a rental car is very helpful in the area, which is a nice quiet spot in the mountains.

    Villa is in a beautiful village tucked away in the north of the island. Rooms were of good size, outdoor areas were large and comfortable and the pitch n putt course was an added bonus. All the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There are some amazing tavernas within a short walk
