Amazing place and the host is very reactive. The toaster was broken in the morning and we had a new one by 12. Amazing view and sunrise. Good location for a climbing trip as you are 15 minutes drive from crags and 20 for Leonidio.

Our stay at Matas House was perfect. The owners were kind and accommodating. For the duration of our stay the owners were willing to help us with anything we needed, it was a pleasure to meet them. The house had all the equipment we needed, the owners even left us a welcome present which was very nice. The view from the house was amazing, and the location is very peacefull with little to no other tourists. The owners speak english well, there was no problem with communication.

Elevi is a wonderful, newly built luxury accommodation. The facilities are excellent, brand new and impeccably clean. Our apartment had three balconies, and sea view. The swimming pool was clean and nice size, great for early morning or evening dip. The parking area is huge. The host was great, kind and helpful. There are two lovely beaches a very short drive away from the estate. We were welcomed with a fruit basket and cold water in the fridge.

I recently stayed at Forrest Guesthouse in Polydroso and had a wonderful experience. The place was incredibly cosy, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The guesthouse was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, making my stay very comfortable. Owners of the property have created a picturesque little house which is cozy and far more comfortable than its size. Hosts were always in touch with me in case I needed something. It also had a nice little yard and a rooftop where I could stargaze for hours if there were no mosquitoes. The village of Pragmateftis is suitable for someone who wants serenity and quiet time. There are no restaurants, cafes or other similar places. At night the only sound was a dog barking from far away. Keep in mind that the village is not built for cars. At busy times parking is available not near the property but also not terribly far. Also village roads are narrow so for bigger cars some skill and some patience is needed.

Super friendly and hospitable host who left even breakfast items in the fridge for us, excellent location a 6 min walk from Leonidio main street and an amazing big yard that our kids LOVED and which had a lovely view to the village and dramatic landscape. Clean, comfortable, we would definitely stay here again!

It is the second year in a raw that we stay in this accommodation one week over NYE. We are absolutely in love with it. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, all the commodities are available for a short or long stay. A big bonus is the beautiful terrace with a great view. The hosts are very helpful, responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect.

    The house is ideal for a group of friends. We were a group visiting to enjoy the nearby climbing. The property has lots of space, has a great view and everything that we needed - but it's not luxurious. The location was very quiet and peaceful, with no traffic noise or barking dogs during our visit. The owner, Dimitri, was very helpful and was able to move luggage up to the property for us. He was always responsive when we messaged him and was flexible about our departure time.

    The villas were spacious with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces. The common pool area was stunning with incredible views, huge pool and shady areas. We appreciated little extras like pool towels and tea/coffee. Although you are unable to walk to the beach, there are a couple of coastal towns a short drive away with shops, restaurants and beaches. A perfect location for our family to spend time together!
