It is a lovely house 100 meters from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. + I really can't remember having a better host, we've messaged Kostas several times with questions and he was always ready to help. + The place is new, cozy, and clean, you have two terraces on the east and west sides of the building; perfect to expose to the sun or avoid it completely depending on your preference. + Very nice and convenient kitchen and a nice welcoming package (a bottle of wine, water, even homemade sweets) + The area is calm, but you have everything close to you: 350m away there is a big supermarket, working every day except Sunday; 250m in the opposite direction there are several small shops selling ice, wine, tobacco, sweets, etc.; nearby you have also a pharmacy, a great kebab/gyro shop (yum!), a pizza restaurant, pastry shop, etc; 750 m on the main road by feet you can find two great fish shops, and two excellent tavernas on the seaside; more than we could wish for!

The property is more than 3 km from airport but it was worth the 15 min drive. The place was awesome for kids with a playground, trampoline and toys. The heated pool was the best part. There is a minimarket 2 min away. There is no separate living room but the place had enough beds for all of us. The bathroom is attached to one of the bedrooms. The host and his wife were very pleasant and welcoming. They were there to greet us and take our luggage to the unit. We would highly recommend this place for families.

Beautiful huge apartment with amazing views. Chris our host was so helpful, hospitable and gave us such great recommendations on where to eat when we arrived late evening. Sea view beach apartment is a spacious, & clean apartment right across a small road to the clearest rocky inlet ,the water is crystal clear for swimming.with only locals enjoying there day at the beach. It is in a quiet neighbour hood. Very short walk to a lovely sandy beach & supermarket & many restaurants lining the beach front, where you can sit & eat /drink with your toes in the sand. A out side shower is the best for rinsing off. We spent 10 days here in July in the height of the heat wave & just loved this place & have come back & spent another 3 enjoyable days relaxing. And we are returning again soon. There is a big terrace over looking the oceon with the best sunrises. The very best thing about this place is the owner George. A genuine kindest man you could ever meet. We can truefully say he is a friend more than a host. There is drinking water/ good coffee & other snack foods. George has been very kind & helpful to us on numerous times. And only 11ks from the airport, you truly feel on holiday. This is a must place for a stop over for a day or many. You will find it hard to leave.

The administrator was very friendly and welcoming. It’s a great place, and it was such a nice touch to be greeted with coffee, sweets, and fruit — especially after arriving in the evening with kids. It really made us feel at home. The yard is very beautiful.

Host cordial gave us free welcome beers late check out and free ride back to airport He also drove me to the local bakery in the morning so I could buy food for breakfast. Ideal for overnight stay near airport or longer if you have a car
