Even though we only stayed for one night, we were very happy with our choice. The villa is brand new (we were the very first guests), with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with great amenities. The view is incredible, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The apartment was beautiful ! Very nice style/design, new furniture and all items in the apartment are new ! Large living room+kitchen in one open space with 2 sofas where my kids slept very well. Bedroom was very nice with good double bed/mattress and a very nice terrace next to the bedroom. The bathroom was also very nice with all new items/appliances, same as the kitchen. The location is quite remote on small narrow roads through an old village and we enjoyed the quiet nature surrounding the location. The view is superb from the location to the sea/beach. The entire property was very nice and very well maintained. The owner was very nice and attended promptly all our request with a smile !

What a great property fully equipped very clean comfortable and close to Kos town centre to enjoy a great walk on the promenade or spending amazing time on many beaches and fabulous restaurants all around different parts of Kos town Enjoyed staying in the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms and a tv with plenty of channels Claudia the host is a wonderful lady answering all messages and any requests promptly she is very helpful at any time thank you for everything The advice is to rent a car or a scooter to help move around as definitely you will need it

We had an unforgettable time at this beautiful accommodation! Everything was simply perfect from start to finish. The place is immaculately clean, brand new, and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from a well-stocked kitchen to beach and pool towels, and even thoughtful little gifts and surprises that made us feel truly welcome. The pool area was a dream – clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is also ideal: well connected, yet peaceful and quiet. We didn’t use the jacuzzi due to the warm summer temperatures, but it’s such a lovely feature that would be perfect for cooler evenings. A wonderful extra touch! A special thank you to our amazing host Aphrodite, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their hospitality and kindness really stood out. The bathroom was modern and spacious, and every corner of the home reflected quality and care. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Magnificent apartment, beautifully decorated and comfortable, a stone's throw from the port and all the hustle and bustle of Kos town. And, above all, Eirini was incredibly kind to the whole family, with lots of lovely touches. An absolute recommendation!

From the moment U walk in U feel like "at home". They are always reachable whenever U might need them. Everything is very clean. Beautiful garden around the villas.

    - great seaview - private pool - fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs from the farmer - really nice and friendly staff - it was always clean -air conditioning, hair dryer, tv with netflix/amazon prime, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, coffee machine with coffee capsules - late check out was no Problem
