The villa was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the seamless indoor-outdoor living space: the large sliding doors opened the living room right out onto a wraparound terrace, making it feel airy and connected to nature. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. They checked in after our first night, shared great local tips, and even left refreshments in the fridge. With a rental car, getting around was easy. Beautiful beaches, tavernas, and the town center were all just a short drive away. The view from the terrace was stunning, especially at sunset. It was the perfect place to relax and explore the island. Great find, would absolutely stay again!

Excellent location, walking distance to the harbour, restaurants and shops. Well furnished and lots of amenities, including balconies, outdoor tables and clothes drying areas. Very clean and well looked after. Ilias, the owner was fabulous, very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

what didn't i like is the question really. what can i say, first off, Angeliki is the most darling, wonderful, lovely and jubilant person I have ever had the pleasure to be accommodated by. Every eventuality and need was perfectly executed and she has a heart made of more than gold! the place was so idyllic and an escape from any problems you may believe you have, especially for myself. take a bike and explore the rugged and serene surroundings, taking in the views across to the sea and up to the mountains. for us this was the ideal place to balance our minds and forget the rigmarole of life. Loved every moment of it and again much love for Angeliki. you will not be disappointed. peace and love to all ❤️

The house equipped with all comforts, in the wanderful environment. The owner paid attention to every little detail so that the guest could be in maximum comfort. The house is sparkling clean and the garden is well-kept. Neighborhood is so quiet! But there is a nice beach and many great restaurants within walking distance. There is also a little sweet terrace, you can drink your morning cafe and you can watch the cat, hen and chicks from here. CHARMING. COMFORTABLE. PERFECT. 10 💥

We were warmly welcomed by our hostess Eleni at the airport and shown to the apartment. The house is newly renovated, lovingly furnished and impeccably clean. Traditional sweets Chaimali and mineral water as a welcome gift. The equipment of the accommodation is very good and leaves nothing to be desired. The walk-in closet was particularly positive: we have never had so much space for our clothes on vacation, and there was also a washing machine and iron. Our hostess Eleni was exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. The house is ideally located on a hillside with wonderful views of Skiathos town, the sea and a garden full of olive trees. The climate is much more pleasant there and it is quieter than further down. We never felt too hot when we sat on the terrace and enjoyed the wonderful view. You should rent a car or a quad but you can also walk to bus stop 9 in 15 minutes and from there take the bus to the city or to the individual beaches. Also nearby is the Olive Thea restaurant, where we have had several excellent meals. We would love to come back.

My partner and I stayed for 4 nights in this incredibly beautiful, charming, and spotless little townhouse. It was spacious, bright, and had three small balconies on different floors and facing different directions. There was also a well-functioning AC! The fully equipped kitchen included complimentary bottled water that was refilled during cleaning, as well as coffee and tea. There was even yogurt and butter in the fridge. Daily cleaning was available if desired, and fresh towels and bed linen were included. When we arrived, a driver picked us up at the airport – also included – and when it was time to leave, we were driven to our next destination. The host, Veneta, welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything we needed to know. She told us we could message her anytime if we had questions, and we did so a couple of times (for example, about renting a boat or an ATV), which she was more than happy to help us with. She also recommended great restaurants that were less touristy but still of very high quality. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. She had even prepared a small welcome package with local food and drinks from Skiathos and Skopelos. When it was time to leave, she personally came to say goodbye and gave us a farewell gift. We warmly recommend this accommodation to everyone! The service, location, and the house itself are truly top-notch – a 10/10 experience of high standard.

The layout was excellent and the property was well resourced. The property was beautifully designed, it felt very traditionally Greek but with modern facilities. The location was perfect just off the top of the main shopping road and a stones throw from the theatre.

    Georgia the host is very welcoming and so lovely. The villa was spotless, modern, everything you need, cleaned every day - bed made, clean towels. You need a car, even though it is only a 5 minute drive into Skiathos town, but we prefer staying in the peace and quiet of the hills. It was lovely sat out overlooking the town, the sea and the olive trees after a day exploring the island’s beautiful beaches. Definitely recommend Georgia villas.

    The service is fantastic, its hard to explain how good the hosts were. We greatly appreciate such professionalism. It really helped us have a fantastic family holiday we will never forget. Fingers crossed we will be in touch regarding another holiday to skiathos and aries villas in the future. Thank You Evan and family. They really go above and beyond, helping with taxi lifts around the island to suit, and have a very responsive way of contact. Skiathos is a beautiful island if anyone is thinking of going its a must!

    We had an amazing week at Kechria Bay Villas. The villa was gorgeous with everything you could possibly need to hand. Set in a peaceful location with stunning views and amazing sunsets. Very relaxing. The host Lucia was very helpful, she was in contact from the booking and stayed in contact with us all through the holiday offering to help with booking excursions and places to visit etc. She goes above and beyond. We would highly recommend 5*

    Villa Seven is an amazing villa with a fantastic modern luxury feel. All mod cons you could need to make your stay comfortable. Only accessed by lockable gates making it very private. The owners were amazing meeting and greeting and also there on departure and arranged transfers for us. Amazing villa we hope to return to.

    What a wonderful holiday villa - perfectly situated, a few minutes walk into Skiathos town and with its own little beach. And the most incredible, huge patio - with seriously stunning views! Panos was an excellent host, and available to help with any requests. We loved every minute at Sea Frame - and hope to be back very soon!
