Lovely location. Extremely clean. Nice touches e.g bottle of wine and croissants left for us in the kitchen. Perfect location for getting the ferry the next morning to Milos. Very helpful with instructions to get in etc. Would highly recommend x

Well designed and fully equipped (there was even a hair straightener) apartment with perfect location. Very comfortable bed and cute balcony where to enjoy morning coffee. Super welcoming and friendly host! We really liked how the breakfast is organized and that it was available until 12.

The Tiny House is wonderful, clean and completely accessorized. Melanie is really friendly and helpful and she did much more than regular hosts, she gave us fresh oranges and helped us to rescue a baby swift. The shower outside is really a blessing in this heat. Remember to keep all your food and medicines in the fridge because it's a caravan so it can become really hot during the day when you are outside and you switch off the air conditioning. On the other side at night you can sleep well because the caravan cools down and you may need an extra t-shirt and the blanket. The garden is lovely and you have your own space and privacy. The bathroom door is missing, but Melanie explained that there used to be a door or a curtain but the guests were pushing them with too much strenght and she had to fix the wall. Remember it's still a tiny house so move around gently. It is better if you travel by car, but you can still move around by bus as well. Make sure you get all the timetables at the bus station in Chania. Take the bus from Chania to the airport and ask the driver to tell you when you are in Pithari. The Tiny house is 5 minutes walk from there. Ask Melanie which road to take from there. When you take the bus from Pithari to Chania make sure you make yourself visible at the bus stop and stretch your arm outside to stop the bus (Greek and Italian style) or the bus won't stop.

The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

Very clean and spacious villa! A great experience! We called the host at the time of check in and he came directly and gave us the keys. He was very helpful. He was also there at the time of checkout to return the keys. We felt like home. Only thing to mention is that we didn't find extra clean sheets for the couch-bed, but if we asked, we are sure that the host would have brought us immediately, because he was always answering the phone when we needed him.

    It’s a beautiful complex of 4 villas made with attention to detail and combination of traditional architecture with modern design. Private swimming pool makes the stay there even better! Highly recommend, we’ll definitely come back.

    Fairytale is a wonderful option to stay in Chania. Away from the torpor of the city while being very close, the villas offer all the desired comfort and privacy. Communication with managers is easy, flexible... I highly recommend!

    It was a privilage to stay at Villa Kedria. We loved they kidness and hospitality of Nikos and Ionna. They did everything for a pleasant and carefree stay. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and we had the honour of Ionna cooking a typical Greek diner. Hope te come back someday

    The architecture of villas merging modern and traditional stone design styles. The complex is brand new, surrounded by newly planted flowers and trees, and located in a peaceful area with great views of the mountains and hills around Chania. The city center is just a 5-min drive away. Overall, an ideal destination for families with children, we are definitely coming back!

    Villa was beautiful, immaculately clean, comfortable, very spacious, facilities fantastic, arrived to a lovely welcome pack of fruit, eggs, pastries, water & fruit juice. Staff are very friendly & helpful, we were flying home late at night & they stored our luggage & provided an area for us to toilet & change before leaving, a lovely touch by giving us a beautiful thank you gift of local honey, raki & tea. Location is good quiet, Villa is 1km from a bus stop which is 2euro to Chania centre, buses are every 30 minutes.

    The Villa is perfect, comfortable and clean! The entire area is well designed, villas are away from each other, giving the right privacy to anyone. We enjoyed a lot our stay and Joanna is a really professional and caring host. She welcomed us, late in the evening with traditional food and wine, during the stay she was around and available when needed! Crete is a beautiful and amazing island itself, having this villa as accomodation brough our vacation to an higher level!

    Fragkiskos was simply an outstanding host. He was extremely responsive and helpful. The villa is absolutely beautiful. It is fully-equipped, all in high standard. The pool is large and lovely, and so is the yard. An incredible place to stay for a family. This is undoubtably one of the best and most luxurious villas we've ever stayed in. It is located 15 minutes away from Chania's city center. There are plenty of beaches around - the closest being 10-20 minutes away. There's a minimarket in a walking distance from the villa.
