We had a great vacation as a whole family. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and various accessories. And each room has a bathroom, hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers. The house is cleaned every day. Very friendly host. Not far from the beach, market and tavern.

I have to admit I was a bit nervous before arriving because I had seen a previous negative review – but all my doubts disappeared the moment I arrived. I was more than positively surprised! The house is beautiful, authentic, and full of charm – it’s spread over two levels and radiates warmth and good energy. The biggest gem is the large, enclosed, peaceful yard where you truly feel like you’re in the countryside, surrounded by nature. That kind of space and privacy is very rare for Greek rentals, which are often cramped and close together. Here, you have room, tranquility, and greenery – perfect for families or anyone seeking a calm reset. The location is fantastic – just a short two-minute walk to the beach, yet tucked away from the noise and crowds. Natalija, the host, is absolutely amazing – kind, helpful, always available but never intrusive. I felt truly welcomed and cared for, which meant a lot. All in all – if you’re looking for accommodation that isn’t generic, that has soul, peace, and space, Alina’s House Kalamitsi is the perfect choice. I’d come back in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Greece in its most relaxed and beautiful form.

We had a wonderful stay in Neos Marmaras! Our host was extremely kind and welcoming — even though we arrived late, he waited for us and greeted us with a warm smile. The room felt just like a hotel room, with everything we needed. The sea view was absolutely stunning. We were also pleasantly surprised by a welcome bottle of rosé, which made our arrival even more special. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with a capsule coffee machine, kettle, and fridge. It had been recently renovated, including the bathroom, which was also very nice. The location was about a 10-minute walk to the center and restaurants, which we found very convenient. The uphill street next to the house was a bit steep, but definitely manageable. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Covered parking and barbecue terrace are a plus The daily cleaning and change of linen and towels made our vacation more enjoyable There are restaurants and terraces nearby with very tasty food The beach is 2 min away and not crowded at all I think it is one of the best accommodation options in Toroni

    Magnificent location. For people with their own transport. A small complex of villas with original Mediterranean architecture. Silence, tranquillity, birdsongs. Clean beach and see nearby. Friendly local cat. Terrace with a wonderful view of the park, the gulf and the setting sun.
