After a tough year, this is just what we needed. We loved the villa. The views were breathtaking and the host was amazing. We arrived in heavy rain (worst rain in 7 years), the host was so accommodating. He bought a PS2 for the villa, a telescope and there was a cupboard full of games, genga, chess, cards etc. so we were able to do activities inside the villa. We arrived to welcome nibbles set out on the table and a fridge full of bottled water. During our stay he gifted us with a lovely creation cake, bought us oranges from his farm and made us homemade creation pies. The sun did arrive during our stay, so we were able to use the outside space. This space was lovely. 3 pools, loungers, outside beds,beside tables, parasols, dining table and ping pong. The location is quite rural, but this is what we wanted (always the way for the amazing views). There is a small town roughly 5 mins drive from the villa, which has tavern, supermarket and a few shops. We had the most wonderful stay here. Thank you Nikkos

From arrival and the drive towards the villa you knew you would be in for a treat, what a location and view for the villa! Just stunning sunsets , tranquil and serenity in stylish accommodation. Nikos is most friendly and very thorough on the villa rules. Warm welcome with local treats and some home baked goods on different morning. Always on hand to help with anything, just great communication from host. The villa is only 5-10mins drive to a very lovely beach with a great strip of restaurants with the perfect holiday vibe, also close enough to travel to kissamos to visit the famous beaches, just the most perfect base for Crete.

The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

Great location and beautifully restored old house - facilities are great with new kitchen and shower room - even has a toilet upstairs too which is handy for the 3 bedrooms. Really special place - cute and cozy. Amazingly, it was so quiet and peaceful because it is tucked away from the roads. Yet, it is close to everything too. Very convenient

So close to the beach and local restaurants which made for a relaxed holiday. The apartment was so nice and clean, beautiful bathroom. Air con made it very comfortable too in the heat. The hosts were very responsive and helpful

The house looks exactly like in the pictures, the owners prepared a very warm welcome for us and helped us with any indication or information we needed. The view is spectacular, and also the atmosphere in the evening in the yard, by the old tree. We had a wonderful staying, it's a dream house!

    Unique, charming, large private villa with full kitchen and washing machine. 3 balconies and a pool. Sat on our balcony and watched the sunrise every morning. Located in a small village close to Chania and Almyrida. Perfect setting after 3 busy weeks in Athens and other islands. Great home base for exploring the west beaches and Chania. Loved the stone buildings, amenities in the villa and feel of staying right in the heart of a small village.
