A wonderful house and a wonderful host. Our family stayed at Erik's house for several days and had a great time. Erik took great care of all our needs. Since we were traveling with a 7-month-old baby, he even bought a high chair and a mobile changing table just for us. The house feels brand new, the amenities are first-class, and we didn't miss a thing. As a welcome gift, Erik even stocked the fridge with a few drinks for us. It was a perfect stay, and if we ever come back to this area, we will definitely stay at this house again.

The host was very kind and caring, and took excellent care of the property. The private pool was perfect. A truly private space is truly provided here. The furnishings and kitchen supplies were sufficient and practical, the rooms were clean, and all requirements, such as hot water and air conditioning, were fully met. I also had the opportunity to charge my electric vehicle with my mobile charger, which was a great convenience for me. I highly recommend it.

    Villa Baleta is perfect place for family or group of friends. Place was very tidy including the garden as well. Villa is equiped with everything you might need during your vaccation. Host is extremely kind, caring and supportive, yet you have all the privacy you need. We spend a beutiful week there and will definitely come back!

    Lots of space for two families or group of friends. Rovinj and Pula are close, Vodnjan is also nice little village. Supermarket is 5 km away. You need a car if you want to explore Istra.
