Fabulous well equiped house with a great swimming pool. Two large bedrooms. Very comfy beds. Bathrooms well equipped. Lounge area so relaxing and the kitchen dining area was a pleasure to be in. Outdoor covered patio with washing machine and another separate toilet. Plenty of Sun loungers and spaces to relax in. Very private home. There is also a veg garden that we could pick tomatoes capsicums for salad. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and could not have been more hospitable and generous. We stayed 10 nights and felt so at home.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and attentive — honestly, no one has ever cared so much about our comfort throughout all our travels and bookings. Communication was smooth, and every detail felt thoughtful. Right across the street, there’s a beautiful beach that’s almost private — barely any people, which made it perfect for peaceful swims and quiet mornings by the sea. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home. Thank you again for everything — it was a lovely experience and we hope to come back one day!

Perfect apartment for a holiday. Separate, well-maintained, spacious, equipped with everything: large fridge, washing machine, clean and quiet air conditioning, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, large wardrobes plus bed linen. Comfortable bed and sofa, nice separate terrace. Sea 50 meters away, where there are better beaches on the left and right. Bakery across the road, 300 meters to the right is a Ribola store, perfect for small purchases. I can only say the best about our host, Karlo and his family, they were very kind and helpful during our whole holiday. You can eat very delicious pizza in the family's beach bar, I recommend trying it, even though the bar is close, it was not disturbing or loud at all.

We had a great holiday, house was fully equipped with everything you could need. All correspondence with the hosts prior to arrival very quick, and while in the house any questions answered immediately. House area very quiet, 20 mins walk to Antonio restaurant which we would definitely recommend. We visited Split, Trogir, Krka waterfalls, Podstana beach, Kliss Fortress and thoroughly enjoy the whole holiday.

The host Mate warmly welcomed us and gave us excellent recommendations for a walk to the river Zrnovnica, a local product called soparnik under UNESCO protection. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting, sleeping and staying in nature, and also a great start for exploring Split and Omis with their beaches, which are only 15 minutes' drive from the villa.

the place was perfect for us, we were a group of 14 people. the pool and the outside area was amazing! very clean and the water was at a perfect temperature. but the best part about the place were our incredible hosts who went out of their way to give us the best time possible. and they truly did!! thank you so much for everything you did for us even though you really didn‘t have to!! I’ve stayed at many private places but never has anyone been this generous and helpful! my whole family was in awe. in general the whole place was very clean and we felt very comfortable as well. would love to go back someday!

    We really enjoyed the house, the pool and football field. It was really good place where to be with, especially with children. Kušvar was really lovely village - fresh pastries in the local shop, beautiful wildflowers and magnificent view to the mountains. House was also comfortable and lovely - with dishwasher and washing machine, with heated pool. Also, the location was great for different day-trips. And most importantly, Gorjana and Nikolaj were the best hosts, we felt ourselves really welcomed.
