Everything was perfect from start to finish! The villa is so gorgeous and the host was so helpful and lovely. Recommend to anyone visiting Lovina! The pool was great, the kitchen area so big, with a smart TV for chilled evenings. Bathrooms great and huge beds.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Lata Lama. Loved all of the little touches, stylish decor and well equipped kitchen. Our hosts were lovely and organised a dolphin tour, bike hire and onward travel for us. Breakfast was great and they provided daily cleaning. Short walk to the beach.

What an amazing gem! It's even more beautiful than in the pictures, with a sweet little pebbled courtyard and an amazing roof terrace with views of the mountains and ocean at sunset. Adrian, the manager of the property, was super friendly, made us pancakes for breakfast at the time of our choice and helped with every question. He lives close by and comes if you need help. The villa is spacious and very clean and the kitchen provides everything you need, including things like salt, coffee, tea etc. You can use the washing machine and detergent for free, which was great. Next door lives a guy who drove us to town for very little money and pick us up after we sent him a WhatsApp. Super easy! We loved our stay here and for the children it was the best place ever

Absolutely beautiful accommodation with a view of the jungle, a private pool. They took very good care of me the whole time, arranged a scooter rental, the breakfasts were perfect. The host even prepared a fresh coconut himself. The views from the pool of beautiful nature and fresh coconut and the sun above my head, it was simply wonderful.

I generally don't stay at places without reviews but the price and looks of this were too good to pass up. I don't regret my decision; this was an amazing place. It does have a few small issues, but given this is the first review and the host's friendliness/responsiveness, I think all of those can be fixed. Excellent location, especially if you're trying to get away from the hustle of Denpasar/Ubud. Under 5 minutes walk to the beach and a beautiful sunset. The beach can be a little busy on weekends (we went Sunday/Monday night and it was busy Sunday, but almost empty on Monday). The beach was a little dirty, but honestly that's normal for most beaches in Bali. Under 5 minutes the other direction walking if you want to get to the main road with some shops. Despite being very rural, it still has access to Gojek/Grab for food orders/grocery delivery. It felt very local (i.e. very few tourists) which is great if, like me, you want the more local experience. Although, since there aren't many foreigners around here expect people to look at you. We had a few kids want some pictures with us which we obliged; they became wide-eyed in surprise when I spoke Indonesian. Great view looking over the fields with an ocean view. The pool is actually deep unlike most of the pools we saw at other villas! Not sure of exact depth, but guessing 6.5' (2m) on the deep end. Fully equipped/modern kitchen. Excellent AC in the bedroom. Staff are very friendly and incredibly prompt in responses via Whatsapp. She also helped to get a driver for a car when we couldn't find one. May want to get a motorbike rental if you stay here and want to go further than the beach since it's quite rural. There's an area for cremation between the villa and the beach, and there were two ceremonies while we stayed. It was very interesting to watch the huge parades of people. Price was great at about USD$82/night.

    Peter and Lillis (and the staff) do everything they can to make you feel at home. The villa is absolutely stunning, we stayed here for 4 nights en wished we could say longer. The breakfast was the best we had during our vacation in Bali. If you are looking for a place to stay in north-Bali, you have to come here!!!

    The location was amazing right on the beach the gardens and pool are kept so well. The Villa is so clean.The staff were exceptional. We had breakfast made daily for us from Made which was beautiful. Made attended to all our needs. She definitely made our stay restful.
