The location was stunning and the house was beautiful, rich in history and in spite of being a short distance from the airport was set in beautiful countryside and gardens. The four poster bed was comfortable and I felt so special there. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and there were period items around the room, making me feel like I was in a costume drama. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I’d highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay at the townhouse in Bunratty, Ireland, was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of seven women, and the accommodation exceeded all of our expectations. The house was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and had a wonderful layout that was both practical and convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The communication with the host was always smooth and prompt and her attentiveness really contributed to making our stay in Ireland even more enjoyable. We are so grateful to her for maintaining such a beautiful and welcoming space and for ensuring everything was in perfect condition. If we could, we would rate our stay 11 out of 10 ! I didn't end up staying at the Gamekeepers cabin but in the main lodge penthouse apartment, The lodge was absolutely amazing! Great comfortable bed and linens (key for me!), fresh bread and the best scones I've ever had waiting for me upon arrival. The house decor was designer level (Dali busts in the courtyard :)) and the apartment was very well equipped. I hope to bring my whole family and rent out the complete lodge! A definite highlight to my trip through Ireland!
