Amazing so clean , attention to detail in the whole house , bread and refreshments left out for us was really appreciated. Good instructions for finding it, and hostess Ann there to meet us She had an extremely generous welcome pack, including delicious homemade sandwiches. The semi detached accommodation is furnished to a very high standard with a good, spacious kitchen and a good bathroom. It is situated semi rurally, with a small town nearby to buy necessities, and Sligo is an easy 10-15 minute drive. Very handy for the Yeats trail, and some of Ireland’s impressive pre- historic monuments. Hard frosts while we were there, so it was very scenic, but we were always warm. Our hosts were warm, friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended.

The location was only a few minutes by car to Collooney itself. There are two supermarkets stocking everything you need for a stay. Very easy to reach Sligo town by car. The house had enough space for the four of us. I really liked the big bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. There were 2 tvs so everyone was happy. There’s also a utility room with a washing machine. I enjoyed walking around the beautiful garden each evening and sitting on the bench outside. Clodagh left some goodies which went down well with the kids and the wine with the adults.
