Staying at this beach-facing property was a dream come true! The rooms open up to uninterrupted sea views, and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore makes the whole experience magical. From sunrise to sunset, the stay felt like living in a postcard. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Evenings were extra special, with golden sunsets, fresh sea breeze, and beach vibes right at our doorstep. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside escape with the perfect mix of comfort and coastal charm.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Tropical Cradle @ River Dale. The location was idyllic, being on the river's edge, and the property was beautiful, well-maintained and very clean. Our host, Venitia, went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. She was friendly, welcoming, caring, knowledgeable, organised, and attentive to our needs. We truly felt at home, staying with family. During our stay, we enjoyed a boat trip one evening to the mangroves and islands, and a morning of kayaking on the river. Both activities were accessible from the property itself. We feasted on traditional, Manglorian home-cooked breakfasts and dinners from Mr Santan Lewis, ordered through Tropical Cradle. Even our transport needs, whether transfers from and to the airport or Mangalore city by car, or local trips in auto rickshaws, were taken care of, with friendly, local drivers. We could not have enjoyed our stay more, and hope to return to Tropical Cradle @ River Dale in the not-too-distant future. We unreservedly recommend this property and business.

Situated in a calm and quiet area but at the same a short drive from the National Highway and Udupi Town. Coming from a monster metro like Mumbai, the quiet of the early morning with only the sound of birdsong was an unreal experience for us. Icing on the cake, our four months old kitten had the time of her life running around and playing through the spacious rooms.
