Everything was pretty clean, quiet and comfortable, temperature was nice. Cottage is located right next to the river, where i went for an ice "swim" bath for few minutes in the morning !!! refreshing. Also, at first, we had trouble to turn on electric stove but owners super quickly responded to our text message and helped us to figure it out. thanks!

The kitchen was easy to use and well-stocked. Loved the option for using both grill and counter top oven. The clothes line was convenient and appreciated. The place was comfy yet spacious and had an nice option for outside sitting (and even grilling). This was one of of our favorite spots in our two-week tour circling Iceland.

Fabulous experience. What a home. The owner has thought of everything for his guests' comfort. What a truly wonderful experience.

We saw an amazingly big and lasting Aurora borealis. Great place to catch it. It lasted so long we could hop in the jacuzzi and watch it from there. The house and the area is comfortable and cute Overall an amazing experience, all about this house is 10/10

Picturesque Cottage with beautiful surrounding, sheep, birds and ducks by the lake. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen fully equipped and an outdoor BBQ. Few mins drive to supermarket. We had a mechanic issue with our rental car, the host was very nice and let us stay extra few hours and came to rescue us, drop us off in town to wait for a replacement car.
