We deliberately stayed at the Icelandic Lake House for the second time because we feel very comfortable there. The house is in a quiet location and incredibly cosy. You feel right at home. First of all, I can't praise Bjarni enough: communication was smooth and he send clear instructions before our arrival, making sure we knew everything we needed. Secondly, the location is just stunning. You're isolated and completely surrounded by nature, a lovely and romantic escape from the city. Loved it. Last but not least, the actual accommodation. It was simply delightful. Equipped with everything you need, comfortable, beautiful view on the balcony over the area so when you're in the hot tub, you can get lost in the beauty of the landscape and the outside shower was absolutely incredible! Overall, a great stay. Made my birthday celebration more speciale.
