Lovely spot away from the crowds. Oldschool furnished. Very quiet. In the shade od trees. Contact with the owner very positive. We had no problem getting inside late at night - once we got the exact location from the owner through messenger. .

I cannot fault this property. I was visiting for the three day Moto Guzzi festival and the apartment is right in the centre about 300 metres from the statue of Carlo GUZZI. If you are going for the Guzzi festival, first week in September, this is the place to stay. Marco also speaks english at a very good level and is a genuine and nice person and very considerate of how his guests found the apartment.

The Apartment is really nice, clean, well kept and looked after. Host really nice and accomodating he let us leave our luggage. Location very good literally one minute walk to the train station. Basic supermarket a few minutes walk away. Lakeside and ferry 5 minutes walk. Great base to explore Lake Como. Restaurants, bars and takeaways all in walking distance. Great to have outside space after a busy day. Varenna and Lake Como particularly nice early in a morning and on an evening. My advice if you are visiting in August get up and early before people arrive in large numbers via train from Milan.

Absolutely beautiful property . Very clean , amazing facilities . View to die for over Lake Como . Luca & Giovanni we’re amazing hosts . Local train strike whist we were there not a lot of taxi’s available due to the strike Giovanni got in touch with a Friend who arranged a taxi for us as we were heading to Milan after our stay in Como . We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this beautiful quaint hotel .

    So beautiful! Perfect for a group or a family. The villas is clean, modern and homey. The rooms are big and the property is well stocked. The hosts are especially hospitable and accommodating. They made our stay extra special through all the extra touches, were in constant communication and even helped us plan some of our trip with recommendations. Truly one of the best experiences we had.
