We visited Sondrio with our 2-year old son to see some friends. Cristina was a wonderful hostess and very helpful as a train strike impacted our travel schedule. The apartment is very conveniently located both to the train station and to the center of Sondrio. It is located in the historic Contrada Scarpatetti, with its beautiful stone buildings. It's quiet, the neighbors are very flriendly and the view of the mountains is spectacular. Highly recommended.

Het home is fully equipped and has a beautiful view on the mountains. Lovely calm and a good place to be out in the surrounding nature or lovely villages in the valley of Valtellina. Valter and Lella are very friendly and helpful hosts that know the area and are very willing to share their tips of must see places. They only speak Italian but are exceptionally wise in using Google Translate with speech so communication was not a problem. We enjoyed this holiday home and the area of Valtellina. We were in the winter time and did beautiful hikes and runs in the mountains and the valley. We imagine this area is great for mountainbiking and cycling (on a racing bike) as well in the more frost free time period.

La Casetta is set in Morbegno. The property is non-smoking and is situated 49 km from Villa Carlotta.

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay there wonderful, was a fantastic historic home, with wonderful gardens. Loved hearing the church bells chime, everyone one was helpful especially with our language barrier.
