A truly exceptional place and host. The property is situated in a grand old house that has very recently been renovated, effortlessly combining modern facilities with "old world" charm. The property is placed on top of a hill, which comes with excellent views of the sea and mountains. Beds were very comfortable and the the entire apartment was impeccably clean on our arrival. Modern and well stocked and equipped kitchen. Three bathrooms all with large and powerful showers. The air con is effective and each room has its own temperature control. Marco was extremely helpful; genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay. He could not have done more to ensure that we had a good time. He drove us to the supermarket to do our shopping the day after we arrived, ordered us something that we needed from Amazon which we had forgotten to bring with us and organised our taxi to the airport for us. Marco is also very knowledge about the history of the property (which was built by his great grandfather in 1851!) and the history of Follonica, which I enjoyed hearing about. We look forward to returning next year!

The house is everything you look for if you want to spend a peaceful and wonderful time with your family on the seaside. When we arrived we were gifted with early check-in, and the parking spot was big enough to easily fit our car. The pool, the rooms, the sea view, everything was just perfect. Moreover, the staff was super helpful giving the best recommendations on what to do in the area.

Lovely location , which had everything you need. The outdoor shower was welcome for washing off the sand and cooling down in the heat. The owners are really sweet; and they gave us cuttings from their herb garden when we left.
