Nice place to stay on a road trip around Basilicata. It is the floor part of a house from the old quarter of Garaguso, set on a narrow street. I had a Fiat Panda and I was able to get right to the building and to park it, but a bigger car should be parked in the central square, 200 m away. The property was clean and it had all the necessary amenities, it looks far better then in the photos, it is a real house, not the standard "set" for appartment rentals. The teracce is indeed impressive, with view to the valley and the country side hills. The owner, Amelia, lives next door and she is very nice and helpfull.

First of all, I really loved the personal and friendly approach of the hosts. They came every morning with delicious breakfast and made fresh coffee for us. They also brought sweets and focaccia. Besides that, everything was exceptionally clean and well prepared. When I’m around Pomarico, I’m coming back to Agave

We booked the room late at night and regardless of that we got the keys quickly. The hostess waited and greeted us and gave an overview of living. The whole apartment was very clean and newly renovated with a very beautiful interior design. A real gem in the middle of the quiet old town! Definately recommend!
