The lovely atmosphere created by the staff. The 2 rooms and the outdoor space were great for our family group. The lovely supermarkets, bar/ bakery and the superb lunch spot with homegrown vegetables and solea wine next door supplied our needs. The walk that starts across the road and goes through wildflowers down to the beach was spectacular.

The property was stunning in an amazing location overlooking the coast. The small pool was perfect for cooling off overlooking the sea below. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean, inside and out. The air conditioning was a god send on the hot nights. Alfonso was a great host and communication with him was fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend this property.

It is a hillside villa with magnificient athmosphere. It has a very spacious and well equipped kitchen and living room and a huge balcony with sea view. The garden has all kind of tropical vegetation and gives a very intimate location. With cold drinks, fruits, delicious local biscuits it was a very nice welcoming package, and moreover the owner prepared a generous set of bathing mats, towels and parasols making beach stay easier. There are beautiful beaches in 12 minutes of distance with proper parking places.

Everything, the place was gorgeous, stunning views with an infinity pool. What’s there not to like. Rooms were clean, new and comfy. Host was super helpful although he didn’t speak English. Utilized google translate to communicate and we got the job done. Check was easy as the host was there to recieve us. Complimentary breakfast items were provided and tips on what’s available in the town nearby. We had forgotten to inform him we have an infant and the host quickly arranged a crib which was a life saver. All in all book this place as it’s amazing for the price

Wonderful Family Stay at Blunda Holiday Home We had a fantastic stay at Blunda Holiday Home in Castellammare del Golfo – the perfect base for exploring western Sicily with our family. The location is ideal, close to gems like Scopello, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, Segesta, Erice, and San Vito Lo Capo. We even took a day trip to Favignana by ferry from nearby Trapani – an unforgettable experience! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. But what really made it special was the warm hospitality of the family who runs it – kind, welcoming, and always ready with helpful tips. We made wonderful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. Grazie mille.

    Hotel has a great location, in between Palermo and San Vito Lo Capo, and you can go to dinner in Scopello village with a 3 mins drive. The owner of the hotel was very helpful and gave us good recommendations. The breakfast was great!

    We had an amazing stay at this villa! The property looks exactly like the pictures. The host is very friendly and provided all the information we needed. The villa is well-equipped for a long stay, with plenty of places to relax and dine for a large group. The best features are its prime location in Scopello, with everything close by, and the outside shower, which was perfect after a day at the beach. There are three beautiful beaches within a 5-minute walk. Highly recommend!

    Daniela is a great host and is very quick to respond to all questions, provided recommendations. Villa is very well assigned and designed, gets you a sense of rural Sicily lifestyle. Outdoor seating areas and grill are great, too. Outdoor views of the sea and mountains are spectacular. The closest beach is within walking distance, very well equipped, but there are some steep stairs, so keep that in mind.

    We loved Scopello and loved our stay at Villa Michela. It is in a great location with only a short 5min walk to the closest beach (all down to get there and all up to get home) which was a reasonably quiet beach with mostly locals or Italian tourists it seemed. Also a 20min walk (also quite hilly with a steep climb to get up to the main road) to Scopello but definitely not too hard and definitely worthwhile. Can also drive (5 mins) with paid parking just outside the town centre.

    Perfect little house with great views of the coast. Just up the hill from the beach, close to village square with restaurants. All walking distance but we have 2 small children so the hills were too much to ask of them so we drove everywhere and parking cost 5-7euros so be prepared for that.
