Everything was incredible, we loved our stay a lot! The house is very cozy, clean and decorated with much love, you have everything you need and even more (there was coffee, tea, and even brioches for breakfast when we arrived!). The location is splendid: so calm and peaceful, we wish we could stay longer! And last but not least, the hosts were the warmest and loveliest, a beautiful family who will show you what the true Italian hospitality looks like. We would love to go back again and stay longer!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The place was absolutely stunning and provided everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Super modern and new apartment, has all the mod-cons you could want. We stayed during a very rainy, chilly May and the wood burner was the perfect antidote. Renovated in a thoughtful, modern and clean style we would happy stay here again. Parking is private and on site, the location can be a bit remote but if you want seclusion this is ideal.

The view is amazing. You have sun in/around the pool until the sun goes down behind a mountain, which was even in september at like 19:30. It's very private and a big area outside where you can enjoy the view and weather. They make their own stuff, so you can get homemade ham, sausages, peppers, eggs, oils, wines and stuff, its basicly a shop on the other side of your house. And because its that private you have to be prepared to go up the mountains for like 15 minutes off the centre of Orvieto. BUTTT it gives you the best view you've ever had. We're planning on coming back in a few years. Also the people were so nice!

    The swimming pool area is excellent. For very old country villa then many things have been maintained very well, there are new windows with net, most of the beds are quite good. Main bathroom also quite new.

    Large villa with amazing swimming pool, tenis table, badminton, football table, very quiet area close to good vineyards and shops, nespresso machine, well equipped kitchen, caretakers live on site we didn't need any help but it is good to know to have some in case of any need. External fireplace and pizza stove are just perfect addition.
