I recently had the pleasure of staying at the amazing Tabaki house in Echizen, and it was truly a memorable experience. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He personally organized several tours for us, showcasing the best of Echizen's rich culture and history. His dedication and local knowledge made our trip extra special. Tabaki itself is a gem, steeped in history with beautiful, well-preserved architecture. Every room tells a story, and the traditional design combined with modern amenities provided a comfortable and unique stay. Breakfast was another highlight – delicious and thoughtfully prepared, offering a variety of local specialties that gave us a true taste of Echizen. Overall, our stay at Tabaki was exceptional.
