Nice Villa with a beautiful little garden. We work remote and it was perfect. Good WiFi, close to the surfspot, restaurants, cafes etc. Sri Lankan breakfast is really good.

More Days i had, more Days i would Stay with Ruwan. (Extended from 3 to 5 nights) It's a very Nice place to Stay in Mirissa, i can tell you. 1st, i slept like a baby. AC working, WiFi working, mosquito net in place. Very chilled Room and very clean also  2nd, very good breakfast 3rd, short walking distance from mainroad, turtle beach, Mirissa beach... 4th, Ruwan Will Help you with come and go from Colombo airport (extra price, of course) and Will Help with Tuk Tuk rides. He is a great host and Will Help with everything he can I really liked it , and i can recommend Ruwan

We had the most amazing stay at the Three Gables! We were treated like royalty by Dinuka and his team, truly spoiled! I give this place a 10/10, definitely the best hotel experience I have ever had. Our every need was catered to by the wonderful staff and the property felt very private and exclusive. I don't think I'll be satisfied with any other hotel in future after this experience.

We had an incredible time at this villa. The location is simply stunning – peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly situated. The villa itself is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully designed and spotlessly clean. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the hospitality. The host and her lovely family went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every morning they prepared a delicious homemade breakfast, and they made sure we were never short of anything.     It’s a beautiful new Villa run by friendly family. Big space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, good for working online. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring south beaches and cities such as Mirissa, Matara, Weligama, … There are many good restaurants in 15 min walk (Bob was our top pick). Supermarket is also super close (10 mins by walk). Madiha beach was our the most favourite beach and its very close to the Villa. Thank you for letting us stay.

    Such a great place! I had such a lovely stay at the Villa. Perfect location, close to cafes, the supermarket and the beach. Very clean and modern. Pamoda and her father were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was very generous. I hope I’ll be back again!

    Me and my brother were the first to stay in this villa. It is a beautiful space to be in. It is clean and spacious. There is aircon and the building is well insulated. The family who own the place are very hospitable and kind people and we were very happy to stay and would go definitely go back :)
