This residence is exceptional. From arrival to departure all the staff were friendly willing to help and flexible. My partner and I enjoy an early coffee at our home and looked forward to something not Nescafe. Spoke to the kitchen guys, "no problem", 6am? No problem. Freshly brewed while I watched chopping of onions and grinding of fresh coconut. Nothing was a problem! Meals, hot, fresh tasty, varied. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Nice pool liked by the children. Pretty garden. Second time in Sri Lanka and I guess I won't make it again in this life. Hopefully my children and their children will return to stay with the Surveyor's crew.

This was our second stay at this amazing place and it was just as incredible as we remembered. The view from our room was breathtaking, the host was incredibly kind and friendly, the bed was super comfortable and the interior was spotlessly clean. Privacy was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, another fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be returning again!

You will be lost in the forest after 15 minutes drive from Kandy. You will see the mountains, you will hear the birds when you wake up. The hotel provided an extra bad for our daughter - nice. The ambience and welcome were in colonial tradition. We had the 7 course dinner which was good after a relaxing day at the pool. Women in traditional dresses were collecting tea leaves from a small tea plantation in front of our chalet.

This place is magical: a beautiful house immersed in a lush garden, so harmonic and peaceful despite being close to the bustling streets of Kandy. The family owning the property are a lovely bunch who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, as well as the staff. The design is beautiful, and so is the food, tasty and delicious. I would have stayed longer if I had the opportunity! Cannot recommend this place enough.

We had an amazing stay at the villa! It’s located within a stunning Victory community , offering both tranquility and beautiful surroundings. The architecture of the villa is impressive and adds to the overall charm. It’s equipped with all the comforts and amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. I absolutely loved everything about this place! The location is perfect, surrounded by nature. The food prepared by the owner was delicious, and it made the experience even more special. From the first contact with the owner I understand that our experience in this location will be a pleasant one. But in fact what we received was much more than our expectations !!! First the location is very good, easy to arrive by bus, very clean and well decorated, many commodities around. Shawn is the most amazing person we ever met! He helped us with a lot of advice, showed us around, and helped us to arrive in time to the railway station. He is the perfect person to contact if you need any help !!! Always ready to help and to support support people in need! Finally after just one day, we become family friends! His children are amazing, very sweet and well educated!
