One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka! An absolutely incredible guesthouse with the most lovely hosts, and crazy good value for money. We had a beautifully decorated room, and there were several hangout spots both indoors and outdoors that you were welcome to spend time in. The breakfasts/dinners are served al fresco under a pergola overlooking the valley with rice paddies and beautiful birdsong. One of the absolute highlights was the free cooking class to make your dinner - we made 4-5 different curries with our rice and curry order, with the most delightful chef patiently waiting for us to weakly shred fresh coconut to make sambal!! About a 10-15 min tuktuk ride into town for an explore, which was very reasonably priced. I'm so glad we stayed here a bit away from the centre of town rather than in the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The hosts are also so welcoming and lovely, and speak excellent English. They also helped organise transport for us to Nuwara Eliya to our next stay. This was a genuinely edenic experience and we would absolutely come stay here again on a future visit to Sri Lanka.

Everything was perfect! The place was clean has a very homey vibe. Host Nalin made our stay more memorable and enjoyable. He’s kind, very friendly, very polite,professional,very respectful and very thoughtful. We had the best holiday ever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Such a hidden gem. I enjoyed a lot staying at City Breeze Residence. The hosting family is very helpful, and they made the best jackfruit curry I've ever had! The room was tidy, and located in a peaceful area outside of the hustle and bustle. I enjoyed sitting in the balcony and watch the sunrise from my room!

The most beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Views are amazing and the garden chalets exceeded our expectations. Food and service excellent, we wish we could have stayed longer. Easy to get a short tuk tuk into Kandy. Would really recommend the hike up Hanthana mountain with local guide Chamila, organised through the hotel.

The Kingston Court ia literally like visiting your relatives house, that's how Shawn treats his guests. If you're in his home you're a part of his home. The room is clean and has the basics, there is access to the hall and kitchen which is fully equipped. But the best part of the stay is Shawn and his boys, they make you feel so much like home. We didn't get out baggage from the airline and were going to Nuwara Eliya which is much colder, Shawn insisted and gave us some warm clothes which really helped us! All in all it's a steal deal!

The house was located in the first floor of the villa. It was huge and very spacious. The house had all the essential facilities for a comfortable stay. The location is about 20 minutes drive from city center, yet we loved the serenity of the place. Short walk to the main road, with a supermarket barely 200 metres away and lots of fruits and vegetable vendors nearby. The house felt very safe and we loved the privacy we enjoyed. The manager of the villa Mr. Saman was super friendly and always available for any assistance. Overall it was an amazing stay and we loved it so much. Highly recommended!
