The house was really stylish. Big open space. Great pool. Close to Mazunte main street. Once it got dark all kinds of bugs were outside the house so be prepared! The house was just a part of the surrounding nature. The best part was to cool down in the pool after a day exploring around the small towns.

The cabaña with the private rooftop pool is amazing! We had the best time, the views from the bed and from the rooftop are incredible. Also, the design of the cabaña is really beautiful and simple! We would reccomend it and come back for sure!

So beautiful- a haven for a couple of nights. Bring mosquito repellent! The owner was SO kind and let me leave my bags in his home and shower for a late check out as someone new was coming to stay. Cannot recommend enough!

The location is secluded and private except it is an area in expansion so there was some construction noise (more reason, if you need reason to spend the day at the BEAUTIFUL beach). *clearly not a forever issue. Cafe was provided and there is a working kitchen. We loved our terrace and dip pool- great nature and bird watching!

We couldn't possibly have been happier than this! Casa del Sapo is that rare, elusice thing that for us represents true luxury. While the house is indeed very, very beautiful it is also incredibly well planned, providing everything one needs, while still blending into the actual attraction - the closeness of the mighty sea and the surrounding nature. We loved just being there - the sound of the waves erasing all the noise one usually has going on in the head - turning our senses to what is here. Mario will have our eternal thanks for opening this place for guests. Mariela and Fredy, the caretakers, are incredibly nice people as are Lichia and Chichu, who run the little restaurant nearby with the most delicious food.

A cute place which is very cheap for the amount of room you get. We loved the little pool, 2 terraces and huge kitchen! Also in a great location, close to the quieter end of Zipolite beach. Host Mike, who lives on the bottom floor, was very friendly and helpful.
