The whole of the accommodation was perfect. All the facilities were clean, built well and beautiful. (Mostly built by the owner btw!). The clean and well equipped kitchen with mega BBQ was our favorite part. Besides that, the garden was designed beautifully with many plants and flowers. The beds were amazing as well. (Better than my own bed at home). And the outdoor living was so fun compared to our daily life in a big city. We honestly have zero complaints. Best place we have stayed in New Zealand!

We had a fantastic stay here - it was absolutely perfect! The location is incredible, very easy to find and great instructions from Jed. Well equipped with everything you might need (including a portacot) and it was nice and warm from the heat pump when we arrived. The hot tub was a real treat and made for such a special stay, our 2 year old loved looking at the stars from it! I highly recommend this property to anyone, well worth the stay and we would definitely come back 😊

    The property was filled with beautiful collected and designed artifacts which enhanced it's quiet, calm ambience. It was a truly beautiful space to stay. A lot of work had gone into creating a wonderfully designed, quirky space that had all the elements for modern living. It would be a lovely place to visit for a meditation retreat. The forest seemed to embrace the house with quiet serenity.

    We loved our stay at Forest Edge and wish we could have stayed longer! Such a quirky and homely place with forest all around and views to the ocean. Very spacious and comfortable and well appointed. We could easily stay a week or more, would be ideal for a very relaxing retreat to get away from it all. Hope to be back one day!
