I booked the place for a small gathering and it was the perfect place to stay, the size, the facilities, the location and access in the city, the cleanliness are superb 💯 My favorite part was the japanese toilet in the master bath and videoke. Haha. There are card games and some board games as well. It can even accomodate upto 13-15 pax for overnight stay, there's much space and furniture. If we need a place for another small private gathering, we would come back here! The host was also helpful and welcoming. You see it looks pretty in photos, in actual it's also homey! We loved the stay! This is easily my favorite villa in Batangas City. 🙌🏻

Everything is exceptional. Even Tiyo (caretaker) very friendly and helpful. The owner also is very accommodating and responsive. They even help us look for Lucban Longganisa and delivered to our villa. Plus the free Mangos :)) . If u found negative feedback on google reviews especially those flies etc its a lie (hindi sya malangaw at all)

Aesthetics of the house is really nice. A quiet place just to chill and bond with family and friends. Boy, the caretaker is friendly and assited us well. Super big pool. Clean and comfy rooms. Complete kitchen tools and equipment - from griller, brick oven, stove (except for microwave and toaster). If you're looking for a place just to talk, eat, relax, this homestead is perfect. The house is well maintained. Will definitely visit again.
