I loved everything with this hotel - especially the fantastic service from the staff (a man named Sander) that made our trip memorable! Check-in was smooth and easy. We were shown where we could eat and where the sights were. Considering there were less than a handful of restaurants across the ice, that was valuable information. The room was very nicely designed. Beautiful view of Torne river - opposite to Ice hotel. Well maintained room, clean and tidy. We also stayed at Ice hotel, but Aurora River camp glass igloos was much cozier, quieter and more personal. When we got stuck with the snowmobile, the staff (Sander) came out to us and asked if we needed help without us asking for it - talk about good customer care! When I was going to load two scooters onto the car (never owned a scooter before) the staff (Sander again!) came and helped load the scooter. When the car didn't start in the extreme cold, Sander was there again with a battery starter. I stay about 150 nights a year at different hotels, is a level 3 member and I have never before experienced such fantastic service! "Up here in the arctic we help eacher" said the staff (Sander) with a smile and he didn't even wanted anything for the trouble. Fantastic! In total this is one of my best stays ever. (Of course I had to buy some small gift to Sander as a thanks to all the help and service we got)

Wonderful place for some lazy days. The cabin is awesome and close to lake with snowmobiles passing by. Thats so cool. Close to icehotel and kiruna city for shopping. Thanks for a couple of lovely days up here.

It was a late-minute booking from the Kunglseden trip, and only this cabin was available in our budget. We needed to kill the time before our night train to Stockholm, and staying there was beyond our expectations! The cabin (twin room) was pleasantly warm, equipped with a small kitchenette fridge and TV. The toilet and sauna were a few steps outside away - we didn't mind that inconvenience. The sauna was self-running, and cleaning instructions were provided across the whole house. We were lucky as we were able to catch up with the first aurora borealis in the new season, as the beautiful garden was the perfect spot for taking pictures/videos of them! The supermarket Coop was nearby and was convenient for us.

Camp Caroli Family House is a recently renovated holiday home in Jukkasjärvi, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace.

Brice & Jessica are the best hosts one could ask for. We had the Abisko tour with them and they surprised us with snowshoes that made the experience amazing and unforgettable. And even though we had very bad luck with the weather and didn't get to see the Northern Lights, they did everything in their hands to help us. They also picked us from the airport and drove us back. The apartment is also great, you'll find everything you need, the bed is very comfortable and the WiFi works perfectly fine. Thanks again, Brice & Jessica. All the best for you and your family!

This stay was a super remote one which doesn't even pop up on a map unless you have the shared GPS coordinates. A cozy cabin with an incredible lake view was all we could ask for. Most importantly, given how remote the accomodation is, we had Stefan who drove us from the main camp to our lodge, and from the lodge to the airport. At every point, he ensured we had all the information we need to make our stay comfortable and memorable. He was also very friendly and very knowledgeable. A big shout-out to Stefan to making our stay a memorable one. The property is incredible and given how remote it is, it is a great space to switch off and enjoy the serenity of mother nature.

The cabin is a cozy beautiful house in the nature, just over the lake. The location is very convenient, not far from Kiruna but already out of the view of the city and the mine. Fredrik is a great guest! Very glad to had the chance to meet him!
