It’s a lovely hotel in a great location near to old town. The staff were really helpful and they also organised bikes for us to hire and we were a group of 6, so we were glad they could get enough. The pool was lovely and the breakfast although basic was plenty. They also gave my wife a cake for her birthday. Would highly recommend.

Beautifully designed stylish rooms with small pool. Very comfy beds. Lovely linen. Lots of greenery. Located 10 minute walk from centre in a rural feeling area overlooking green space away from the bustle that is Hoi An. The walk into town via the river is quiet and scenic. As said in other reviews Nien was extremely helpful and thoughtful organising massages and trips; train transfers, bikes and taking us to breakfast. There is spa equipment there and the massages / other therapies come to you. It is clearly really important to her that guests are comfortable and happy.

This must be the most perfect little spot in all of Hoi An. Lovely rooms, amazing home cooked breakfast (local dishes, changing every day), great location a bit away from the tourist filled areas in the old town. Sweet and welcoming host family doing everything to make us comfortable. We have travelled for three months so far, and this place stands out as probably our best choice for accommodation yet.

This is a great place. The one you want to return to right away. We lived for 2 weeks in 2 rooms on the first floor. The rooms are bright, high ceilings. Everything is done with taste and love. The room has everything you need, a kettle and a refrigerator. Very comfortable bed. A lovely patio with a pool where you can spend time in the midday heat. Delicious breakfasts made by Khe. Very hospitable hostess An. She responded to any of our requests, gave us bicycles, organized excursions. We will definitely return and will recommend to everyone who travels to Vietnam

Such a lovely hotel to stay! I have stayed here for twice and Everything here couldn’t be better: - the location is quite close to the ancient town, also the hotel provides complimentary bicycles - what satisfy me most is that the room super clean and neat, even there is no dust on the table or other surfaces. The decoration is also impressive, it seems all rooms have a sofa, make the stay more comfortable. - they also have a pool on roof top, which is clean and the view at night there is something memorable. - last but not least, the host is very friendly, she upgraded me for a bigger room with a very affodable price. Definitely with come back here

Absolutely everything. Great facilities- fridge, shower, bathroom, bed all in top shape. Staff couldn’t have helped us more, we were only in town for one day and it was made so simple for us, we were helped choose a tailor, rent bikes, coconut boat tour, where to eat, absolutely everything and at such a reasonable price. If you have the chance to stay here definitely do!!
