He helped us with our car rental flat tire and with our excursion details. Karina set our tv up with her computer so we could watch the college football championship. The breakfasts were delivered to us hot and delicious so we could enjoy by the pool. Karina took our clean clothes and dried them for us. Their rental is immaculate and they are the sweetest couple! Friesy told us to call him any time during the remainder of our trip if we need help anywhere in Costa Rico.

El mejor hospedaje en Costa Rica. Raúl es muy amable y me ayudó muchísimo con respect al turismo en La Fortuna. Definitivamente muy recomendado 最高におすすめです。部屋はクリーンでアメニティも充実していますし、洗濯・乾燥機も使えます（ジェルボール付きです。）。コスタリカで他に泊まったホテルと値段感もそこまで変わらない（数千円程度）にも関わらず、高級ホテルと言っても過言ではないくらいの環境でした。 フロント対応も素晴らしく、滞在前からツアーやレストランのレストを送ってもらい、どう滞在するかを諸々相談させていただきました。

What a wonderful surprise! The park is much larger than you would think and has so much to explore and do. Very impressive place. Very relaxing. The rooms are a generous size with comfortable beds. The property is big with lots to see. Since it’s not a place with a lot of rooms, it feels very private and quiet. The family of gentlemen that manage and run the place were great with communication and helping find guides for tours and even getting a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday that happened while we were staying there. Fantastic place. Great communication. Terrific team of people managing and helping. This would also be a great place for a small group retreat or family trip. It’s close to Arenal and La Fortuna without the crowds, hustle and bustle of those areas.
