This was such a beautiful spot in the countryside very close to the park and ride into Edinburgh (park free all day). The house is well-appointed and very spacious and clean. It is very close to the airport but didn’t even notice the planes during the night. This was the best shower we had over our three week stay 😊We didn’t want to leave!

Location was stunning and the accommodation was spacious, clean and suited all purposes but the star of the show was host, Frank. So helpful throughout the whole process and a pleasure to deal with. He made life so easy which isn't always the case we find on work trips but he went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. I can't thank him enough or recommend him / the accommodation highly enough! I would like to think I will return in future and would 100% try to stay here again if so.

It had everything you needed including a few coffees, snack and cleaning supplies. Loved the fireplace. So sweet and nice touch. Convenient to the train too. Just a stones throw away. Great resources for surrounding area too. Owners were top notch!

In the Newington area, the apartments are a 15-minute walk from Holyrood Park. Cozy, beautiful, spacious house, ideal for group of friends or families. Great location, just couple bus stops from city center. Bus stops was literally couple steps from the house. May was very kind, helpful host, she replied almost immediately to all our questions. We appreciated very much the welcome package she left for us in the fridge.

This 4-bedroom villa in Morningside was everything we hoped for and more. Each room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with high-end finishes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire space felt like a luxury retreat. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for our group — modern, fully equipped, and ideal for relaxing or entertaining. We really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home. The location is fantastic — tucked away in a quiet residential area The host was professional, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish.
