The sea views from the property are absolutely stunning — you can enjoy them from the pool, the garden, and from the outdoor lounge area, which is beautifully set up with comfy chairs, poofs, and even an outdoor chess set. The entire villa is very well maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. All amenities worked perfectly, from the kitchen appliances to the AC and Wi-Fi. The landscaping is gorgeous too, the gardens are lush and carefully looked after, adding to the sense of calm and beauty everywhere. The outdoor areas in front of the villa were a real highlight — the veranda and pool area are ideal for socializing or simply unwinding while taking in the panoramic view. Special thanks to Nora, the host, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great local tips that made our stay even better. Highly recommended for group of friends and families or anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and comfortable stay in Sithonia. Would love to return!

All of the air-conditioned units feature a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and terrace. Everything was perfect and the apartment is the best we've ever been to. It's brand new and has everything you need. Super clean and the owner Vasilis is simply the best. He even turned the AC on couple of hours before we arrived so the apartmen was cold. The apartment is equipped with super fast wifi also. Looking forward going again in September.
