This recently renovated holiday home is located 700 metres from Port of Zakynthos and 1.6 km from Byzantine Museum. The property is soundproof and is set 1.5 km from Dionisios Solomos Square. The property was very clean and modern. The furniture was well laid out so you felt very comfortable. The cute backyard with the hammock was a great touch. The location was very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants very close, as well as the port. I would be happy to book this property again.

All units at the villa complex come with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchen, a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a bath, bathrobes and slippers. A dishwasher, an oven and microwave are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. This place makes me regret some of the ratings in the past, that I graded with 10. To be fair compared to that, this would definitely be at least an 11. Really cosy villa with 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom and terrace access. The host went beyond expectations in order to meet all our demands. Thank you very much.

There is a very nice beach right near in 5' walk (not Gerakas), very rocky, very good for snorkeling, with hundreds of various fish, one will never see even when going doing scuba. From the gate take it to the left for 50m, than visavis the 2nd private gate you will see a trail that is not marked but it goes directly to this beach.

The air-conditioned Athenea villas are decorated in warm colours and feature built-in sofas and beds with mosquito nets. They have a fully equipped kitchen, living area and a shaded, furnished balcony. All units are equipped with a satellite TV and hairdryer. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming! We had an amazing stay, were super happy with the size of the apartment and enjoyed the views and private pool a lot! Its a great place to stay if you want to explore the south west of Zakynthos.
