The furniture was well laid out so you felt very comfortable. The cute backyard with the hammock was a great touch. A welcome basket, robes and additional pool towels are provided. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the beach and a shop across the road. An excellent restaurant, The Halfway House, is also across the road. The accommodation and service are 5-star and Angeliki and her team ensure that everyone’s stay is thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return. It is the best place to stay on the island. Well done to the Mamfredas Resort and thank you!

Surrounded by pine and olive trees, a five-minute walk from St. Nicholas Beach, Alegria Villas Complex consists of self-catering houses overlooking the Ionian Sea. Great location near a beautiful beach (St. Nikolaos). Pool and outdoor shared spaces a HUGE plus. We grilled fish - bought from a fresh fish store in Zakynthos - one night and used the outdoor big table with our large group (14). Best to have a rental car or mopeds to get around to other beaches and tavernas, but there are plenty of closeby options. Host (Dimitri) was very helpful. Also a beautiful garden.

Exensian Villas & Suites lies just 150 metres from the beach of Marathia. It offers amphitheatrically built villas with private pools with hydromassage. We loved the view, the ambiance, the style, the pool, and the privacy. Host was very helpful, and displayed clear pride of ownership.
