Overlooking Dingle Bay, the Palm Gardens offer direct access to a Blue Flag beach. Location, the staff, the room were all excellent spacious room comfy bed. Complimentary walk through the gardens and picturesque views of the bay. We’ll be back. We stayed in the ‘garden room’.

This property is absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. Such a homely feel from the moment you step inside. Mary and her son Robert couldn’t have been nicer people to deal with, ,great communication, so friendly , so accommodating and so helpful. The house itself is so central right in the heart of Killarney 3 minute walk from the Main Street yet no noise at night. The interior of the house is immaculate, spotlessly clean & spacious. The hosts had complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & biscuits with milk in the fridge and ice in the freezer on arrival. The beds were super comfortable and the showers had brilliant pressure. There is a gorgeous private outdoor seating space off the kitchen that we loved. We could not fault one thing about this property!

The villa is located on the ground floor and is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a toaster and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. This cottage is down a winding road where two cars cannot pass each other. The Gap of Dunloe is a wander to behold, though the road was much more narrow than I had realized. It is passable with patience and it is worth the journey. It was wonderfully idyllic. Horse and traps passed in front of cottage. Penny, the host, said it's possible to schedule a ride and be picked up at the house, but we didn't have the time. We walked to dinner at Kate Kearney's and enjoyed the scenery. Sheep and horses graze as you walk in the shadows of the mountains past the many lakes. I watched sheep graze beside the cottage as I drank my morning coffee. Would definitely schedule again if ever on this side of the world again.
