The recently renovated holiday home comes with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a an outdoor dining area and a flat-screen TV. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The facilities were spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, we felt right at home. It is only two blocks from the beach and is very easy to get to by public transport from the airport. Monica (the owner) was incredibly kind from the moment we arrived. She speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier for us. She helped us book our transportation to the airport, which made our stopover in Fiumicino easier. She also gave us some of her special cake ♥️ I loved it and now I need her recipe! We only stayed one night, but we truly wish we had stayed longer. It left us with such a good impression that we would love to come back someday - it really felt like a home away from home.

Large beautiful terrace with a nice view of the lake and the castle, furnished with dining table and chairs as well as bench and coffee table. Location is great in the centre. The host Silvia is super nice and helpful, made our stay very special.

The property is non-smoking and is located 21 km from Duomo Orvieto. Excellent location, next to the castle, easy to park the car and then a short walk. Right in the heart of the historic centre of Bolsena, a few steps up from the main street. The apartment is quite big, on 2 floors, with all the commodities. Very gentle owner, perfect communication. I highly recommend this place.
