The owners are very friendly and kind. We liked the unusual design and layout of the hotel. We had a great dinner for additional cost of 8 JOD. The hotel has very good starting location for hikers, there is a possibility to take part in organized hikes. Free parking in the village.

We had a great experience! We received a great treatment from all the family members. Delicious food and breakfast! It was very exciting to be in a typical house in Dana located in the old village where the trails in the reserve start. Highly recommend it, we would love to come back.

We liked almost everything at the resort and especially the friendliness of the staff. Room, amenities, pool, location and food and especially the setting as a "village" in a village are outstanding. We do highly recommend the place.

We liked the nice garden surrounding the villa. Even though we were probably staying in the smallest apartment in the villa, it was quite spacious for two people. The air conditioning system in the bedroom is very efficient and quiet. We liked the large balcony that was shaded in the afternoon and evening.

My Grandfather's House is a beautiful place at the end of small village Dana run by owner Waleed. It's nicely decorated property with beautiful rooms and good facilities including free washing machine, as well as garden overlooking the mountains. Waleed provided us homecooked breakfast and dinner in the traditional style, and organised amazing hiking in the mountains. Everything is reasonably priced and we enjoyed staying at his guesthouse

Excellent location. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Honest, helpful and accurate advice given on activities in the area. Food good. Ambiance in the communal area welcoming, comfortable and relaxed. Our luxury tent was clean and comfortable.

Very nice resort with the flavor of a historical village. It's a family run business and you can really feel the personal touch. The rooms are spacious and you also have a terrace with sun loungers. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Just a few minutes' drive away from Petra entrance.

We spent 2 nights at Hobbit Village and we had a great time. The rooms are great, the property itself is cozy and a perfect place to relax. Don’t expect too much luxury, but this is a perfect place to connect with nature. Youssef and Ahmed welcomed us with open arms and helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay. Youssef’s mother made us breakfast and dinner and it was absolutely fantastic. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here!
