Gamini,, the manager, was so hospitable. They will prepare (with notice) lunch and dinner and you can eat in your room or the dining room. Nice refreshing swimming pool...part of the reason I booked here. My ground floor room had a private walled garden with a bench...so romantic. The room was modern and spotless. They had the best towels, pillows, and blankets of my trip thus far. I hated to leave...but will be back

Manager was friendly and super helpful. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, walking distance to museums and restaurants.

The house is large and spacious with an abundance of room for everyone to have a comfortable stay. Inside the house was really clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like you were at home. The host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor garden and veranda was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful & quiet. Didn't have time to play but you could play badminton. They even have rackets & net. Highly recommend this place that is located centrally in the heart of Colombo for those who seek quiet comfort with a luxury feel.

The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

The serene surroundings and picturesque views make it an ideal retreat for nature lovers It's like stepping into a little paradise. The owner is an absolute gem. So kind, warm, and accommodating, which made our stay even more delightful. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway close to nature with exceptional hospitality, this is the place to be!
