The deal was with no breakfast. The location is very quite and it is ok The villa is new and spacy I like the screen tv and the good wifi. The villa owner was a very helpful and trying his best to offer the best to make us comfortable. My self and my wife are very much liked the mug with our photo printed on it which is been kindly offered to us by Hasitha the villa owner. Hasitha was a real gentleman

Large, self contained villa at a bargain price. Nice quiet, rice paddy location but easy walk/ride to shops and restaurants.

We had a very pleasant stay with Sanka.He is a very attentive host with genuin smile on his face all the time. The place is a great retreat for animal lovers. The cabin is next to a lake where you can see plenty of birds and enjoying your meal on the little terrace. Hosts provides the bikes that you can use to visit thr acient city, which is not far from the hotel location.

Ruins Villa is a great place to stay at! The host is welcoming and keen to help. He is passionate and knowledgeable about animals and will enjoy taking you for a night walk around to see some! The place is really nice with a garden and a pond. A good location to explore the historical site. Enjoyed my time there!

This is a charming and delightful place to stay, run with a highly hospitable personal touch by the family who own it who also prepare fabulous meals. It's more like staying in a very friendly village than a hotel.

The owner of Ruins Villa personifies hospitality. The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect following a tour through the ancient city, for which I was given a bike. The real bonus here is the proximity to the jungle and the willingness of the owner to share his passion for the stunning wildlife around the place.

Breakfast was very fulfill, presentable. Table was set up in a tranquil garden over looking rice field. Restaurant staff was very attentive and polite. It is a team work to make guess feel at home and they would not hesitate to go an extra mile to make you happy. Hotel is located in the village, peaceful surrounding. Room is big with a lot of storage spaces, 2 desks, closet, double glass doors open to a balcony over a garden. Bathroom is also big as well. Close to historic sites.

We were very happy that we have chosen clay Hut village! The owners are son and mother. The big advantage is, if you visit the Ancient city per bike, you can just exit from a gate near by and have some siesta. The home cooked dinner was extraordinary! The son can speak very good English. Don't miss to swim at the nearby water channel as the locals do.
