Hatem and his team were very helpful and hospitable with check in. We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks.

The flat was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The location was wonderful, beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again as it has set the bar for us in Salalah. Sabrina was easy to communicate with and very helpful.
